Tuesday (9/10)
Evening Rehearsal at the band field from 6PM-9PM. Winds and percussion, please wear a white t-shirt and your marching shoes. Colorguard, please wear a purple shirt.
Wednesday (9/11)
Cookie Dough Fundraiser Deadline – Please turn in all orders to the Purple Box in the band room on Wednesday!
Thursday (9/12)
Deadline to sign up for the NYC Spring Band Trip. Mail forms and deposit directly to STAMM Travel. Additional NYC Info Packets are available from the band office.
Friday (9/13)
Pre-Order your BandBEAT Competition Tickets using our online form by Friday. The band will attend BandBEAT at RHSD3 Stadium on 10/5. Purchase your ticket from us in advance to save money!
Saturday (9/14)
Clinic Rehearsal Day and Exhibition Performance – Call time is 8 AM at NHS. Click Here for a detailed itinerary for this day. Click here for a schedule of band performance times for the exhibition.
Looking ahead…
- Olde English is September 21. Click here for specific information regarding volunteers for this event. We need all parents and students involved throughout the day. We still have numerous volunteer opportunities left unfilled. Please sign up to help! We are also in need of food donations for hospitality at this event.

- Some of our users have experienced difficulty using the online sign-up form (information not saving). We’ve submitted a support ticket with Charms to get this resolved. If you encounter this problem, please e-mail [email protected] and let me know what you where you would like to sign up.
- Change in Rehearsal Schedule 9/19& 9/20: We are releasing students at the 3:37 bell on Thursday, September 9, 2019. The colorguard will hold their sectional from 4PM-6PM. We are extending rehearsal for all members on Friday, September 10, 2019, until 6 PM at the band field. One of the judges for the Olde English Festival of Bands will be with us on Friday to work with the band.
- We have a team of parents busy behind the scenes taking pictures for the 2019 2020 NHS Band Memory Book. If you have pictures you’d like to share, e-mail them to [email protected].
