As a reminder, our percussion staff will be on campus next week to begin in-person instruction to students starting Wednesday, July 15, at Northwestern High School. Students will be grouped into smaller groups and will receive their specific assignments and room rehearsal location as they enter the facility by Mr. Walker. Please contact Josh Walker if you have a question concerning your group assignment.
Students are expected to practice socially distanced spacing amongst participants and staff and must wear a mask while on campus.
Rehearsal Dates: July 15, 17, 20, 22, & 24
Times: 9 AM – 12 PM
As a reminder, these sessions are completely optional to attend. We recommend you review our guidance document before attending an in-person instructional session. These are available to review by clicking here.
Students must utilize the front loop entrance by the band/orchestra wing lobby. The exterior door by the band equipment trailer is now an EXIT ONLY.
If you are dropping off a front ensemble instrument, you must enter through the band lobby doors and pass the health screening BEFORE facilitating moving your instrument in the band room through the side door by the band trailer.
All students attending in-person instruction must provide a completed liability waiver. Please bring this completed form with you on the first day you attend a session, as we must have this document on file for you to participate on campus.
