Williamsburg Trip Reminders:
- Remaining rehearsals are March 30, April 4, and April 6, 3:50-5:00pm. All rehearsals are mandatory for all students who are registered for this trip.
- Monday, April 4, 7:30pm – mandatory meeting for all students on the trip and a parent is also required to attend. This meeting will not be available through Zoom.
- Please be sure to complete and submit the roommate sign-up list and food preferences form that was sent on Friday, March 25. Click here to access the form. Parents on the trip also need to complete this form so we know what to order you for the boxed lunch.
Additional announcements:
- MARCHING BAND PHYSICALS: Students enrolled in marching band in the fall are required to have a current physical on file before band camp starts on July 25. The Northwestern High School Athletic Department will offer on campus sports physicals on Monday, April 4th from 8:30am-5:00pm in F-Gym Lobby. The cost is $20 (must be cash). Students must also have the attached form filled out upon arrival, with a parent’s signature, when they arrive for the physical. Students must register in advance and can click HERE to access the registration form.
- The April parent meeting will be at 7:00 pm on Monday, April 4th, at 7:00 pm. You can join on zoom HERE.
- Balance information for outstanding marching band and winter guard fees was mailed last week. Please be sure to pay outstanding balances as soon as possible. Contact Mr. Yost or Ms. Carlson if you have any questions or concerns.
- If you have not already paid your Solo & Ensemble registration fee, please submit this payment as soon as possible.
- As we continue to move towards the end of the school year there are many deadlines fast approaching. Please be sure to keep your calendar up to date with all band events between now and June! The 2nd semester calendar is available HERE.
- We have confirmed that the band will NOT participate in the commencement ceremony on Friday, May 27. Students will not be required to attend this event.
