I hope everyone enjoyed a relaxing break and is refreshed and ready to start 2nd semester in the morning. Students are reminded that they will need instruments in class as region band auditions are Saturday.

Region Band Auditions:
Region band auditions will be held on Saturday, January 7th, at Blythewood High School for those students that registered to audition. The audition schedule is posted in the band room. Students will be responsible for finding their own transportation to the auditions as we cannot take a bus. Students will receive directions and more detailed information in class on Friday.
Hawaii 2024 Information Meetings:
There will be two information meetings about the Hawaii trip approved for spring break 2024. They will be on Tuesday, January 10, and Thursday, January 12. Both meetings will start at 7:00 pm and will be in the Sullivan Middle School Auditorium. The same information will be presented at both meetings, so parents only need to attend one of the meetings. This information will include travel dates, a tentative itinerary, cost, and payment plan.

Monthly Band Fee Payments:
Remember to make your monthly band fee payment. You can pay with cash, check, or money order, place it in an envelope with your child’s name and the payment, and then have your child drop it by the band office. You can also deduct it from your child’s BCP account by filling out the form HERE. Another option is to pay it electronically directly to the school by clicking HERE.
