Friday 9/16 – All students dismissed at 3:45pm
Saturday 9/17 – Color Guard Spin Clinic with Etude (10am-5pm at Northwestern: Free for our guard members…lunch will be provided)

MATTRESS FUNDRAISER-WE NEED YOUR HELP (YOU GET $100 BCP PER MATTRESS)
NEXT SATURDAY, AUGUST 24 AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
- We are sincerely asking for your help. This fundraiser is not like other fundraisers. Our band culture is one where we all do our part. This is why we are successful.
- Each band family is asked to invite an interested customer to walk through the door on your child’s behalf. You will earn $100 in BCPs to use toward band fees, trips, etc. for each mattress sold because your family invited the customer.
- We need YOU to invite people and KNOW you have an interested customer walking in the door.

DONATIONS OF SNACKS AND DRINKS
Send snack and drink donations for the marching band season to the band office with your child or drop them off at Open House on Wednesday, August 14

FOOTBALL GAME FRIDAY 9/23 AT MEMORIAL STADIUM
We will depart during band class. Students should bring money for concessions as well as their large water jug.
ATTIRE: band t-shirt (to be distributed next week), khaki shorts, athletic shoes
