WOW! It’s hard to believe that today we will wrap up our 2019 Band Camp for the Purple Regiment! It’s been a GREAT two weeks! Here are a few quick reminders:
- Shoe and Glove Orders are due today to the Purple Box. All winds and percussion students must have black marching shoes. All winds must have gloves. Orders should be placed in the purple box.
- Students will be dismissed from band camp today at 12:00 PM.
- Students will return at 6:00 PM to the band field to warm-up and prepare for our performance.
- Students should wear their 2019 marching band member shirt, khaki shorts, and sneakers.
- Our 2019 Purple Regiment Exhibition Performance is tonight at 7 PM. After the performance, we will all enjoy a covered dish dinner at the band field. Please bring a dish to share!

- Monday, August 12, 2019 – Band Booster Meeting at 7 PM in the band room
- Tuesday, August 13, 2019 – Mass Band Performance for Rock Hill Schools Teacher Rally
- Winds and Battery Percussion Only for Performance
- Winds need Folios and Lyres (available for purchase in the band office)
- Rehearsal originally scheduled for Tuesday evening has been canceled.
- Thursday, August 15, 2019 – Marching Band Rehearsal at NHS from 6-8 PM.
