Stadium Clear Bag Policy & Band

Rock Hill Schools is implementing a new policy regarding bags brought into football stadiums this year.  Attached you will find the new policy signage that has been distributed and displayed at both football stadiums. The policy will go into effect August 23 and will be in enforced at all games after that time.

If band members, designated chaperones, or pit crew are carrying supplies or equipment for the good of the whole band, those items do not need to be within clear bags or containers. However, all personal items still need to be placed in clear bags if they are entering the stadium seating area (past the band gate). 

Any non-compliant bags containing personal items must stay in the designated band area outside of the band gate (where we store instrument cases, uniforms, etc.). During breaks, PLEASE do not carry non-compliant personal bags outside of the designated band area to the restrooms/concession stands, etc. These kinds of bags must remain in the band area outside of the band gate.
