- Roll over my full payment towards the cost of a future trip for the next school year with the NHS Band. If no trip is announced by September 1, you will receive a refund at that time, equaling the amount of Option 3.
- Refund my trip now. This option generated a refund of your full trip payment, minus $250 of unrecoverable returns from vendors. This option netted no additional refunds recovered by Stamm Travel at a later date.
- Delay my refund. This option delayed your refund by several weeks, allowing STAMM Travel to work with remaining vendors to seek returns on your behalf. This option netted the amount of Option 2, plus any remaining refund that was received from their vendors.
On Tuesday, April 21, 2020, we received further information from Stamm Travel regarding additional refunds recovered for those that initially selected Option 3. For those that chose Option 3, you are now eligible for a refund of your full trip payment, minus $110 per traveler.
For travelers selecting OPTION 3 after our last communication, you now have two options:
Option A – Request my delayed refund now. Refunds will be mailed approximately one week after the receipt of your request. Initiate your refund by clicking on the link below. Based on our cancellation policy and cancellation date of March 13, the non-refundable portion was $675 per traveler. This has been reduced to $110 non-refundable per traveler. Option A will generate a refund of your payments, minus $110 per traveler. If you used your band credit points, they would be applied first to cover the $110. Any balance of band credit points will be refunded to the band treasurer.
Option B – Rollover your full payments, without penalty, towards the cost of next year’s Northwestern High School Band trip. This can be applied for the traveler currently on the trip or for a sibling/family member. If you choose this option, and at a future date, cancel off of next year’s trip, the cancellation policy for the upcoming trip will apply. If a trip is unable to be scheduled by September 1, 2020, you will receive a refund equaling the amount offered in Option A.
